Eligibility: 

• Only in-person attendees are eligible to participate in the raffle for the first prize of one complete surgical instrumentation kit.  

• All in-person and virtual attendees are eligible to participate in the raffle for the second prize, Navigate Advantage Access for Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Conditions e-book. 

• Faculty members are not eligible to participate in the raffle. 

• Each participant can win only one prize. 

Assigning Tickets: 

• In-person attendees will receive a digital ticket which will be communicated via email before workshop.  

• Virtual attendees will be assigned a digital ticket number, which will be communicated via email before the last day of the workshop. 

• Each eligible attendee will receive one ticket for the raffle. 

Raffle Details: 

A random drawing will be conducted on the last day of the workshop right before the closing ceremony.  

Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants. 

For the first prize, only in-person ticket numbers will be included in the drawing. 

For the second prize, all ticket numbers (physical and digital) will be included. 

Winners will be announced during the closing session of the workshop. 

The first prize winner must be present at the time of the raffle to claim the prize. 

If a winner is not present when their number is called for the first prize, a new winner will be drawn. 

Claiming Prizes: 

In-person winner must present their winning ticket to claim the first prize. 

The winner of the second prize will receive their E-Book via email. 

Notification: 

Winners will be announced publicly at the workshop. 

If a virtual attendee wins the second prize, they will be notified via email. 

Acceptance: 

By accepting a prize, winners agree to have their names announced publicly and their photos taken and shared through different channels for promotional purposes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

General Conditions: 

The workshop organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any disputes regarding the raffle will be resolved at the sole discretion of the workshop organizers.
