2. What is the training venue?

3. What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes daily lunch and refreshments during coffee breaks from Tuesday, October 10 to Friday, October 13, 2023.

4. Is registration to attend still open?

5. Are there Early Bird Registration Rates / Special Rates?

Yes, the last day for early bird registration is June 30, 2023.

6. When is the last day to register online?

The last day to register online is October 8, 2023.

7. Can you register in person?

Yes, in-person registration at the hotel is available starting October 9, 2023.

8. Are there Student Discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for students. Please email your complete information along with your student or resident credential from your institution to [email protected]. We will provide you with a discount code for the CCCW Registration page.

9. Are there Hotel discounts?

10. For which dates are the discounted rates at the hotel valid?

The discount code can be used to book your stay between Monday, October 9 and Tuesday, October 14, 2023.

11. Do you provide transportation to/from the Workshop location?

No, we do not provide transportation to or from the workshop. However, Barcelona has a robust public transport network that makes commuting easy.

13. What should we bring with us to the Simulation Labs / Workshops?

If you are attending the Surgical Simulation Sessions, please bring your own headlights.

For those participating in the Medical Illustration Workshop, it is focused entirely on digital medical illustration and photo-retouching techniques using an iPad and an iPencil. To get the most out of this workshop, please bring a fully charged iPad of any size, an iPencil, and make sure to pre-download the Procreate app (approx. $10 US). You can find the app here: https://procreate.com/ipad

If you don’t own an iPad, you’re still welcome to attend, and course materials will be available, but please be aware that you might not get the full workshop experience.

14. Will there be live translation?

Yes, our main sessions will feature simultaneous translation in English, French, and Spanish.

We will provide basic disposable earbuds, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Please be aware, however, that Breakout sessions and Simulation Labs Workshops will NOT be translated.
