Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop (CCCW)
The Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshop (CCCW) is an evidence-based, multidisciplinary educational initiative founded by the Global Smile Foundation to strengthen cleft care capacity worldwide.
Through simulation-based training, expert-led case review, and integrated team discussions, CCCW equips providers with practical skills and collaborative frameworks to improve patient outcomes and build sustainable care models. This educational model has been formally described in peer-reviewed literature by Andari and Hamdan as an impactful method for empowering cleft care professionals.

Usama Hamdan, MD, FICS
Founder of the Comprehensive Cleft Care Workshops. Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon with former university appointments at Harvard Medical School, Tufts, and Boston University.
Prof. Dr. Firdaus Hariri
Professor at the University of Malaya Medical Centre, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Clinical Sciences. Subspecialty interests in pediatric craniofacial and reconstructive surgery, with over 60 academic publications.
